Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical research.
- Strong understanding of project management and site management.
- Proficiency in clinical trial planning, management, and metrics.
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and local regulatory environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resource allocation and process controls.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned protocols and as a link between Country Operations and the clinical trial team.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of assigned studies, including site selection, recruitment, and close-out.
- Monitor performance, review monitoring visit reports, and conduct quality control visits as required.
- Lead local study teams, providing training and coordinating activities across various roles.
- Create and execute local risk management plans for assigned studies.
- Ensure compliance with CTMS, eTMF, and other key systems.
- Collaborate with functional outsourcing vendors, investigators, and other external partners.
- Build business relationships and represent the company with investigators.
