Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or relevant fields.
- Minimum 4 years of people management or project management experience in clinical research.
- Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and international health authority requirements.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial execution and monitoring processes.
- Demonstrated team leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Oncology experience is highly recommended.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license for required business travel.
Responsibilities
- Allocate CRA resources and assess workloads to ensure quality monitoring and deliverable completion.
- Manage and address CRA performance and quality indicators in accordance with ICH-GCP and SOPs.
- Strengthen site relationships to enhance trial performance and company reputation.
- Review monitoring quality, resolve compliance issues, and support clinical trial milestone delivery.
- Perform assessment and accompanied visits to evaluate CRA monitoring competency.
- Support site audits, inspections, and compliance visits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Mentor and guide junior Clinical Research Managers to foster professional growth.
- Lead strategic initiatives and task forces to optimize clinical operations processes.
