Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing.
- Proven track record of launching marketing programs in new regions or markets without existing playbooks.
- Hands-on expertise with the modern growth stack including Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, Cargo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Framer.
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.
- Deep familiarity with business culture and buying behavior in LATAM and/or EMEA.
- Ability to build landing pages, outbound sequences, and launch paid campaigns independently.
- Experience managing multiple international markets and campaigns in parallel.
- Comfort working with incomplete data and thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter mindset with a focus on high-ownership and rapid execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the full regional growth marketing playbook across LATAM and EMEA.
- Build and run multi-touch outbound sequences using tools like Clay, Outreach, and HeyReach.
- Launch and manage regional paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, industry meetups, and executive roundtables.
- Research target markets, build account lists, and localize messaging and campaign assets.
- Partner with Sales leadership to build regional pipeline and account penetration strategies.
- Manage regional marketing budget and report on pipeline contribution by market.
