Requirements
- Fully proficient in Portuguese (Brazil).
- Strong understanding of English.
- Must be located in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of popular culture in Portuguese (Brazil).
- Must be dedicated only to 'Search Quality rating program' and not other search or ads rating programs.
- Must not have current or previous experience with 'Ads quality rating'.
- Must be the only one in your household working as a 'Search Quality Rater'.
- Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent online research skills.
- Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Must pass learning modules and a quality test.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data on quality performance and produce statistical quality reports.
- Complete Internal Assessments.
- Provide feedback on blind test ranges and queries.
- Support raters by educating them on best practices and client expectations.
- Monitor rater queries and behavior.
- Participate in the creation and review of training materials including newsletters and webinars.
