Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or a similar digital product design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI work across web and/or mobile products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for design inspiration, visual exploration, concept generation, and rapid prototyping.
- Experience with tools such as Lovable, Bolt.new, Replit, v0.dev, Magic Patterns, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI-assisted design and prototyping platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and interaction design.
- Experience creating and working with design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.
- Curious and experimental mindset with a passion for embracing new tools, technologies, and faster ways of designing.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, receive feedback, and iterate without compromising design quality.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with UX, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, high integrity, and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually compelling, and high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile products.
- Translate UX wireframes, user flows, product requirements, and concepts into polished UI designs and interactive prototypes.
- Create UI mockups, layouts, components, visual concepts, and prototypes that clearly communicate the intended product experience.
- Use AI-powered tools to generate design references, explore multiple creative directions, rapidly prototype ideas, and accelerate design iterations.
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to take ideas from concept to production.
- Build and evolve reusable components, design systems, visual guidelines, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products.
- Apply strong visual design principles across typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, imagery, and interaction states.
- Iterate rapidly based on product feedback, user insights, data, and technical considerations.
- Stay curious about emerging UI trends, AI tools, design technologies, and interaction patterns, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our products.
- Maintain high standards of visual quality and consistency across different screen sizes, devices, and digital experiences.
