Requirements
- Professional background in desktop support, IT systems administration, or technical operations.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune.
- Demonstrated administration experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and IAM concepts.
- Experience or exposure to compliance and audit frameworks such as Vanta, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 is preferred.
- Security-related certification such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, or Microsoft SC-900.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to explain issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to balance strategic security tasks with hands-on, day-to-day IT support.
Responsibilities
- Administer and secure endpoints including patching, encryption, and device compliance via MDM/Intune.
- Manage identity and access lifecycle processes including joiner/mover/leaver workflows and quarterly access reviews.
- Monitor, investigate, and document security events across cloud and SaaS environments.
- Support compliance evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 frameworks.
- Contribute to vendor and customer security questionnaire responses.
- Provide practical desktop support and device troubleshooting for team members as needed.
- Implement improvements to monitoring, alerting, and access control configurations.
