Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and data visualization
- 3+ years of advanced Alteryx experience (creating macros, etc.)
- Previous team lead experience coaching and mentoring junior analytics consultants
- Proven experience partnering with clients to create scalable, durable analytics solutions
- Data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with cloud data platforms including Snowflake, AWS, or Azure
- Demonstrated expertise in data fluency and communicating with business users
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehouses, data marts, and data models
- Exceptional customer-facing communication and project management skills
- Previous consulting experience in delivering analytical solutions to external clients
Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements through prototyping and visualization, refining them as needed during the engagement
- Execute consulting engagements successfully, delivering high-quality project outcomes
- Manage client expectations through weekly status updates and proactive feedback sessions
- Collaborate with clients to develop scalable, durable analytics solutions using low-code/no-code tools, SQL, Snowflake, and Python
- Create standard workflows, analytical apps, reusable macros, and automated reports
- Manage team time and provide clear project timelines to management and sales
- Partner with sales to identify account expansion opportunities
- Lead capability stand-ups, team meetings, and workshops
- Mentor and manage consultants and senior consultants to foster professional growth
