Requirements
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in data analytics and data visualization.
- Expertise in data preparation using KNIME or Alteryx, or tools such as Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce.
- Proven experience creating scalable and durable analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated data fluency and ability to communicate with business users.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses, data marts, or data models.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills including communication and project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for mastering new technologies.
- Certification at the Advanced level in both KNIME and Alteryx.
- Experience connecting to data sources like SAP, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, or SharePoint (preferred).
- Experience with Python and/or R scripting (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements through prototyping and refining during engagements.
- Execute consulting engagements and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Manage client expectations through weekly status updates and proactive feedback.
- Develop scalable, durable analytics solutions using tools like KNIME and Alteryx alongside SQL, Snowflake, and Python.
- Create standard workflows, components, data apps, and automated reports in KNIME and Alteryx.
- Collaborate with project leads and the Analytics Project Manager to manage project timelines.
- Partner with sales to identify account growth opportunities and extensions.
- Mentor associate consultants to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities for blog posts and webinars.
