- 3+ years of clinical practice
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Must be able to see patients across the lifespan.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more states.
- Willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed in all 50 states.
- 3+ years of clinical practice experience.
- Experience supervising or collaborating with advanced practice providers.
- Ability to excel in high-acuity, high-volume clinical environments.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Clinical maturity to navigate complex cases.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive medical assessments and evidence-based treatment for co-occurring medical conditions due to an eating disorder.
- Monitor vital signs, labs, and other medical data to ensure medical stability.
- Collaborate on a multidisciplinary treatment team with therapists, dietitians, and mentors.
- Communicate via electronic medical record messaging to support patients and the treatment team.
- Document effectively and in a timely manner within the electronic medical record.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff and advanced practice providers.
