Requirements
- M.D. degree required.
- Board Certified in Sleep Medicine.
- Active medical license in California (CA).
- Active medical license in at least one additional state.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sleep medicine or completion of a sleep fellowship.
- Experience in family medicine, ENT, neurology, or anesthesiology is preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and digital health/telemedicine platforms.
- Strong clinical training and a startup-oriented, solutions-driven mindset.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide 20 hours of patient care per week focused on evidence-based sleep treatments.
- Perform interpretation of clinical data and sleep studies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to enhance the clinical model.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice and development of clinical standards.
- Mentor and guide other clinicians within the organization.
