- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving organizational technology adoption.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and coaching technical teams.

Responsibilities
- Drive AI and automation strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI-enabled solutions, workflows, and automation capabilities.
- Architect and integrate AI solutions across existing enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Mentor engineers through hands-on guidance, pair-building, and code reviews.
- Establish governance and operating standards for high-quality technical execution.
