Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Background in SaaS or pharmaceutical technology.
- Proven track record in leading technical discovery and enterprise pre-sales demos.
- Strong technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform configuration.
- Hands-on ability to prototype, build, and harden solutions.
- Experience operating with high autonomy and navigating ambiguous requirements.
- Expertise in AI-forward tooling for research and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Product mindset with clear judgment on custom versus platform work.
- Experience in pharma commercial, market access, or HCP engagement is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage early in the pre-sales cycle for strategic and enterprise pursuits.
- Run technical discovery and lead product-focused pitches as a senior technical voice.
- Own the technical narrative in RFPs and client executive conversations.
- Maintain and customize the demo landscape to match current product roadmaps.
- Scope integrations, data flows, and architectures during client conversations.
- Translate client needs into concrete technical specifications and working prototypes.
- Serve as the technical liaison between commercial, product, and engineering teams.
