Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance experience in enterprise SaaS companies.
- Substantial experience in FP&A and strategic finance.
- Demonstrated expertise in subscription and consumption-based business models, ARR, MRR, and SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, gross margin).
- Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel, Python, or equivalent) for complex, multi-scenario planning.
- Proven experience with revenue forecasting, pipeline modeling, and cohort analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligning financial strategy with business objectives.
- Prior experience leading and scaling teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of 3-5 year long-range financial models incorporating multiple scenarios and value drivers.
- Establish and drive top-down financial targets for annual planning cycles, ensuring organizational alignment.
- Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and develop business cases with ROI and risk assessment.
- Lead pricing strategy and packaging analysis to optimize revenue capture and business model profitability.
- Direct financial due diligence, modeling, and valuation for M&A opportunities and integration planning.
- Build and mentor a high-performing strategic finance team to foster a data-driven culture.
- Support executive leadership with board and investor communications and financial presentations.
