Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with direct experience in an ACO, managed care organization, or value-based care operations.
- 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading multi-team organizations, including developing senior leaders.
- Demonstrated track record owning aggregate performance targets across a large book of providers.
- Experience setting strategy and translating it into an operating model, including 0 to 1 initiative launches.
- Executive presence with experience communicating performance, risk, and strategy to senior leadership.
- Ability to strategically prioritize, negotiate deliverables across stakeholders, and make decisive trade-offs.
- Strong data analysis skills, including fluency with Excel and BI tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to medical groups and health systems up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own risk business aggregate performance results, including quality performance and total cost of care.
- Set strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for provider performance across the ACO.
- Manage, coach, and develop leaders of the Provider Success and Performance teams.
- Ensure every provider has a data-driven action plan to close performance gaps.
- Communicate performance, risk, and opportunity to senior internal leadership, Payors, and provider executive stakeholders.
- Standardize playbooks, workflows, and tooling to ensure operational scalability.
- Own headcount planning, budget, and resourcing for the Provider Success and Performance functions.
