Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams.
- Proven track record of management skills in conflict resolution, multi-reporting, and roadmap planning.
- Background in software engineering with the ability to communicate using technical jargon.
- Ability to analyze product use cases and requirements across all phases of the SDLC.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience working with international projects and remote teams across multiple locations.
- Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Mentor the team as an Agile advocate and manage continuous improvement processes.
- Manage conflicts and coach the team on resolving impediments.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding progress and deliverables.
- Triage development and QA tickets based on business priorities using technical experience.
- Own and supervise the product backlog, story writing, and project roadmap.
- Translate product features into well-defined requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to set release schedules, dates, and scope.
- Plan and execute the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
