Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications
- Experience utilizing tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform
- Proficiency writing software used in a production environment
- Experience working on a platform with multiple services
- Advanced English Proficiency
- Ability to work and problem-solve independently
- Experience collaborating with multiple team members to design and implement technical projects
- Willingness to work in and improve legacy code
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers on the pod and throughout the organization to build high-quality, scalable products
- Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing
- Develop and deliver training programs to onboard new engineers and support their productivity
- Act as a mentor and provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and code reviews
- Improve legacy codebases and stay updated on industry trends and engineering methodologies
