Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience, Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ years (Level 3).
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience, Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years (Level 4).
- Strong foundational knowledge in statistical modeling and machine learning.
- At least 4 years of professional experience with Python.
- Strong proficiency in data transformation using SQL or a comparable querying language.
- Experience using Git for version control in collaborative environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data science technologies (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Spark, or PySpark).
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, Math, Statistics, Engineering) preferred.
- Experience with Monte Carlo simulation, time-series, or probabilistic modeling is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop statistical and machine learning models using modeling and simulation to quantify uncertainty and support scenario planning.
- Translate complex finance and business-management challenges into well-defined analytical questions.
- Build clean, maintainable, and reproducible code for model deployment.
- Act as a technical advisor on methodologies, modeling approaches, and technology decisions.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver analytics initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor junior data scientists on best practices and complex problem-solving.
- Identify innovative opportunities to create business value through emerging analytics methodologies.
- Contribute to enterprise-level analytics transformation and process evolution.
