Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, digital operations, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a senior technology leader developing enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across IT, applications, data, and security.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, technology governance, and risk management.
  • Experience leading major technology implementations, including CRM and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, contracts, and managed service providers.
  • Experience evaluating and scaling AI-enabled solutions with responsible-use focus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational needs into technology roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and influence without formal authority.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree or certifications preferred).
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic technology advisor to executive leadership regarding investments, innovation, and risk.
  • Lead enterprise AI strategy, including responsible-use standards, tool evaluation, and implementation.
  • Oversee IT operations, managed service providers, and workplace technology for a distributed workforce.
  • Manage cybersecurity, privacy controls, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Direct digital platform strategy, including websites, fundraising technology, and analytics capabilities.
  • Oversee Salesforce and other enterprise applications, including integrations, data quality, and user support.
  • Establish organization-wide data governance, reporting standards, and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Provide executive leadership for a mission-critical platform, overseeing architecture and cloud strategy.
  • Manage annual technology budgets, vendor contracts, and long-term investment planning.
