Requirements
- 3+ years of enrollment management experience or 2+ years managing email campaigns.
- 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce or a comparable platform.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of complex systems and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience with marketing communications tied to measurable enrollment or conversion KPIs.
- Ability to translate complex admissions requirements into clear communications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting campaign data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Admissions, and Martech teams.
- Comfort managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support segment marketing communication strategies and workflows.
- Manage and monitor communication projects across email, direct mail, SMS, and automated journeys.
- Continuously evaluate communication strategies to improve the prospective-student experience.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide communication and performance insights to field directors and stakeholders.
- Apply knowledge of admissions processes to create clear, relevant communications.
- Develop communications designed around enrollment KPIs such as applications, tours, and deposits.
- Collaborate with Marketing Technology and Admissions teams on event promotion.
- Support adoption and effective use of the marketing technology stack.
- Monitor email deliverability and the health of sending infrastructure.
