Requirements
- Formal education in Graphic or Visual Design.
- At least 1 year of professional design experience OR 5+ years of high-level experience with professional clients.
- Technical literacy in industry-standard software including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to distinguish between consumer-grade and enterprise-ready content.
- Submission of a valid portfolio link during the screening process.
- Capacity to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Must not use LLMs or generative AI tools to complete onboarding or evaluation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidate designs side-by-side to determine which best meets professional standards.
- Judge outputs based on design dimensions such as readability, text density, and information hierarchy.
- Review 'before and after' tasks to determine which AI output better satisfied a specific design edit.
- Participate in experimental tasks aimed at refining AI handling of visual communication.
