Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow SecOps implementation, administration, configuration, and development.
- Strong proficiency in SecOps, Platform, Service Catalog, and Custom Applications.
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and mid-server/cloud-to-cloud integrations.
- Experience with data extraction technologies such as JDBC, ODBC, or ETL.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
- Experience with UI Builder and workflow configuration.
- Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation.
- Four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to pursue and maintain ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Interface with end-users and stakeholders to gather system requirements for SecOps applications.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and support the rollout of new features and modules including UI, workflows, and business logic.
- Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST/SOAP web services.
- Guide customers through technical solutions for SecOps, custom applications, and platform processes.
- Interact with technical SMEs to gather information for service mapping and event management work.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, impact assessment, and remediation of production incidents.
- Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments.
- Maintain operational documentation and SOPs to reduce support risk.
