- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms.
- Respond to each and every comment, DM, and featured videos in a timely and professional manner in our specific tone of voice.
- Collaborate with our social media team to maintain and improve best practices for increasing engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media engagement.
- Commit to the overall expectation of keeping our online community excited and engaged.
- Surface Creators who are passionate about Bubble who could make for a great member of the Bubble Creator or Ambassador communities.
- Monitor and raise any concerns from individuals posting about Bubble.
