Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Clinical Quality, Patient Safety, Healthcare Quality Management, Accreditation, or Clinical Operations.
- Proven experience supporting quality management, clinical oversight, or regulatory compliance activities.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reports.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments without direct authority.
- High level of initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health or healthcare-related field is highly preferred.
- Clinical licensure or previous clinical practice experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with behavioral health organizations or health plan audits is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Clinical Quality to develop new processes, workflows, and documentation for the Clinical Quality Management Program.
- Coordinate daily patient safety operations including review, tracking, trend analysis, and committee support.
- Manage the patient feedback and grievance processes to identify opportunities to improve patient experience.
- Support the development of quality governance documents such as work plans, charters, and executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to implement provider quality oversight activities and clinical documentation reviews.
- Support organizational readiness for external audits and accreditation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring accountability for deliverables.
- Analyze quality indicators and translate data into operational insights for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI to improve quality workflows and efficiency.
