Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Salesforce backend and frontend development experience.
- Mastery of Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch/Async Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Deep practical experience with Service Cloud, Omni-Channel routing, and capacity models.
- Proven track record building integrations utilizing REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Working knowledge of Aura components and Visualforce for legacy maintenance.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and JIRA.
- Minimum overlap of 6 hours with US Central Time.
- Fluency in English for interviews, documentation, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, focusing on Omni-Channel features and automated work routing.
- Build and maintain integrations with external enterprise platforms using Salesforce REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Integrate third-party SaaS applications, AppExchange packages, and CTI/digital messaging frameworks.
- Execute technical tasks within Agile/Scrum delivery sprints and conduct unit testing.
