Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, including triggers, controllers, batch processing, and asynchronous Apex.
- Advanced experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and practical knowledge of Aura and Visualforce.
- Deep practical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel routing and capacity management.
- Proven experience developing integrations using Salesforce REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, scalability, bulkification, and governor-limit optimization.
- Strong English communication skills for documentation, meetings, and interviews.
- Ability to maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with US Central Time (CT).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
- Build and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud functionality, including Omni-Channel presence management and automated work-routing architectures.
- Develop reliable, high-throughput integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Integrate third-party SaaS applications, AppExchange packages, and CTI/telephony solutions into the CRM ecosystem.
- Execute technical work independently within Agile/Scrum sprints, including development, unit testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical decisions, implementation approaches, and system integrations.
- Maintain and refactor legacy Salesforce components while supporting the evolution toward modern platform standards.
