Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrated three-statement models and consolidated forecasts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (complex functions, modeling, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and SaaS metrics.
- Proven experience preparing board- and investor-ready financial materials.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the integrated three-statement financial model, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Manage the master financial model, planning templates, and version control governance.
- Lead annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly reforecast cycles.
- Own cash flow and runway forecasting including inventory and deployment assumptions.
- Partner with Operational FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting to validate forecast inputs.
- Prepare executive-ready financial packages, variance analysis, and management commentary for board and investor discussions.
- Analyze SaaS performance, working capital, and capital allocation to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support financing initiatives and conduct ad hoc strategic financial analysis.
