Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience with functional and API testing.
- Experience working with AI technologies and LLM-based applications.
- Proficiency in performing functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience creating test cases and test plans from business requirements.
- Experience using defect and test management platforms such as Jira and Xray.
- Ability to identify defects, investigate issues, and assess release readiness.
- Familiarity with SQL queries is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Previous experience in life sciences or healthcare is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance activities using strong testing methodologies across the software development lifecycle.
- Perform hands-on functional, API, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and user acceptance testing.
- Assess AI-enabled functionality and large language models using appropriate verification and validation approaches.
- Develop comprehensive test cases, test plans, and scenarios based on business and product requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Coordinate deliverables and facilitate handoffs with QA leadership for successful product releases.
- Collaborate with QA engineers, product managers, and distributed teams to clarify requirements and investigate issues.
- Promote QA best practices and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and help strengthen quality engineering standards.
