Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing functional, integrated, regression, acceptance, and API tests.
- Strong understanding of software quality processes, testing methodologies, and defect management.
- Intermediate knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2) with ability to perform queries.
- Practical experience with Jira and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience testing APIs with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of log analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to contribute to test automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, document, and execute functional, integrated, regression, and acceptance test cases.
- Define testing strategies and support acceptance criteria validation.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defect resolution while analyzing logs.
- Validate functionality across development, testing/homologation, and production environments.
- Perform API and system integration testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Execute SQL queries against relational databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2) to validate data.
- Develop and execute Web, Mobile, API, and contract tests.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, and Business teams to prevent defects and improve quality.
