Requirements
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, field operations, logistics, or a related environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple schedules and projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities or resource availability.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with subcontractors, technicians, and project managers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractors and business partners, providing guidance, feedback, installation requirements, and technical information to support high-quality service delivery.
- Review installation and service statements of work to identify appropriate approved contractors and available technicians for each assignment.
- Coordinate closely with Project Management to understand project requirements, resource needs, timelines, and scheduling priorities.
- Partner with Customer Support to ensure service requests and dispatches are scheduled promptly and accurately.
- Plan and schedule installation and service jobs based on project requirements, customer preferences, technician capabilities, geographic location, and resource availability.
- Coordinate field technicians and installation teams to allocate resources efficiently and minimize scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Negotiate and create purchase order numbers to secure assigned labor resources for installation and service work.
- Coordinate material logistics by arranging shipment of required parts from assigned warehouses to appropriate locations.
- Track projects through completion, ensuring jobs are posted, updated, and closed accurately and on time.
