Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, Public Affairs, or Patient Advocacy in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Experience navigating complex, global, or multi-regional matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record leading enterprise transformation initiatives involving AI, analytics, or organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into scalable tools and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in driving technology adoption through change management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience designing enterprise measurement frameworks, operating models, or strategic planning processes.
- Strong understanding of the external stakeholder, policy, and regulatory environment for global biopharmaceutical organizations.
- Ability to influence senior executives and build alignment across functions without direct authority.
- Experience contributing to senior-level or Board-level reporting and strategic discussions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- Operational and financial management capabilities including planning, forecasting, and budget oversight.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual Corporate Affairs strategic planning processes, including AOP and LRP, aligning enterprise objectives and regional priorities.
- Manage and scale an enterprise-wide Corporate Affairs Impact Intelligence framework to ensure consistent measurement.
- Execute the Corporate Affairs AI roadmap, including governance models, workflows, and AI-enabled decision support.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights and executive-ready reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to assess stakeholder perceptions and communication effectiveness.
- Define and evolve KPIs that connect Corporate Affairs activities to organizational outcomes.
- Support financial governance, including forecasting, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
