Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience developing and maintaining production backend software.
- Proficiency in at least one of: PHP, C#, .NET, or Go.
- Strong foundation in programming logic, data structures, and algorithms.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including relational modeling, complex JOINs, and query optimization.
- Strong proficiency with Git and GitHub.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to unfamiliar stacks.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills for diagnosing production issues and interpreting logs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and participate in code reviews.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and evolve backend functionality within the core ERP platform, working closely with experienced engineers.
- Work extensively with SQL Server, writing, analyzing, and optimizing queries against large datasets.
- Apply complex business rules across finance, taxation, purchasing, and inventory processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development practices focused on quality and security.
- Support Level 3 technical operations by investigating complex incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot challenges and enhance system stability.
- Utilize modern development practices and AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery.
