Requirements
- J.D. degree.
- Active U.S. bar admission.
- 10+ years of experience with deep expertise in employment-based immigration for corporate clients.
- Strong grasp of employer compliance obligations.
- Proven track record of managing and leading attorneys to improve team performance.
- Strong judgment on case strategy and quality review.
- Comfort working in a high-cadence, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with AI tools and technology as a performance multiplier.
Responsibilities
- Lead a pod, owning everything it produces and everyone who produces it.
- Manage client relationships directly and set the quality bar for the attorneys.
- Develop and coach attorneys, setting standards and reviewing complex legal calls.
- Partner with Practice Leaders to produce pod-level quality and outcomes.
- Retain and motivate talent to ensure attorneys grow and succeed.
- Model firm values and drive technology, speed, and innovation within the pod.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on branding, culture, and talent recruitment.
