Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in career coaching, career services, or professional development coaching.
- Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience with adult learners in workforce development contexts.
- Excellent written English with a strong editorial eye and ability to produce clear, actionable career guidance.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, specifically Google Slides.
- Strong knowledge of resume/CV norms by market and interview coaching frameworks.
- Ability to perform market and cultural research to incorporate regionally relevant references.
- Experience supporting diverse or underserved learner populations.
- Comfortable revising and adapting existing content while maintaining consistency and tone.
- Ability to actively listen to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, lean environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and revise existing PD/career development content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with program and regional requirements.
- Use GenAI to localize materials for specific target markets by adapting terminology, spelling, and culturally specific references.
- Update and maintain PD content across PPTX, PDF, and DOCX formats while preserving branding and formatting standards.
- Audit and iterate on the current content library to ensure materials remain up-to-date and regionally relevant.
- Collaborate with other content developers to peer review materials and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in weekly and ad hoc meetings to align on content preparation and program decisions.
