Requirements
- Strong, active portfolio or Instagram presence demonstrating style, finesse, and visual quality.
- Proven experience editing construction/trades content, brand-focused media, or commercial client work.
- Hands-on experience color grading Sony S-Log 3 footage or strong proficiency with log color space workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Ability to work comfortably on a MacBook.
- High audio proficiency with the ability to execute independent mastering to provided SOPs.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom (Preferred).
- Background or foundational experience in videography/camera operation (Preferred).
- Alignment with an early-career team dynamic.
Responsibilities
- Edit 'TAYA'-style FAQ and educational videos to meet established company standards.
- Support and progressively take ownership of cinematic brand-style edits for prestige clients.
- Color grade Sony S-Log 3 footage into finished, on-brand visuals.
- Perform independent audio mastering to broadcast-ready standards following internal SOPs.
- Execute end-to-end editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating After Effects for motion graphics and finishing.
- Curate footage using sharp shot selection and foundational camera operation knowledge.
- Align edits with diverse client branding ranging from construction to luxury.
