Responsibilities

Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team to meet the demands of our South Majors segment
Refine and optimize critical sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
Develop and deliver impactful product and solution demonstrations that resonate with complex enterprise needs
Provide strategic advice and support for requests for proposals (RFPs) by presenting tailored recommendations and clear business benefits to clients
