Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in sales or systems engineering.
- Experience managing and directing a sales engineering team.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and talent development.
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking.
- Proven ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed GTM environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools and integrating new technologies to enhance workflows.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team.
- Refine and scale core sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept.
- Partner with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Work within a matrixed environment to promote and support the Zscaler portfolio through value-based selling.
