Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex financial transformation, budgeting, or controlling projects within large corporate environments.
- In-depth knowledge of FP&A, budgeting cycles, financial reporting processes, and data granularity structures.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with strong structured data management skills.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting capabilities (C-level / Director level).
- Proficiency in project planning, prioritization, and dependency management under tight deadlines.
- Risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making under operational pressure.
- Advanced communication skills in Polish and English (level C1 or higher).
- Ability to complete initial in-person onboarding (3 days in Warsaw, 3 days in Poznań).
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of a 7–8 month strategic financial transformation project.
- Track progress across diagnostics, design, and governance workstreams.
- Monitor key milestones and cross-functional dependencies.
- Oversee working hour tracking and re-forecasting loops across Control, Budget Owners, Tech, and HR.
- Organize and lead recurring project status meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare executive progress reports and presentations for the Steering Committee.
- Coordinate workshops and interviews with over 12 domain leaders.
- Facilitate gap analysis for process ownership and governance mechanisms.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans to manage operational pressure.
