Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in automation projects or robotics companies.
- 5+ years of hands-on expertise in robotics engineering, including mechatronics, kinematics, sensor integration, embedded systems, and control systems.
- Proven experience in building scalable physical automation solutions and deep-tech architecture from scratch.
- Strong background in hardware and robotics engineering.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on pragmatic execution and rapid physical prototyping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Co-manage the company with the commercial co-founder and align technical strategy with business goals.
- Architect and build the MVP of robotics automation solutions by integrating Physical AI intelligence with hardware.
- Define the tech stack, software/hardware architecture, and product scalability roadmap.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a small, agile team of top-tier robotics engineering specialists.
- Translate customer feedback and market needs into robust technical requirements.
- Establish hardware-software co-development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and simulation-to-real testing frameworks.
