Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in developing technical data and automation solutions.
  • Extensive experience working with SQL and relational database schemas.
  • Extensive experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and/or Looker.
  • Experience using Python, APIs, or workflow platforms like Airtable, Coefficient, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Experience building agents and training LLM models to solve complex, unstructured problems.
  • Strong understanding of data management, governance, and hygiene.
  • Ability to break down business problems into manageable pieces.
  • History of using technology safely with frameworks and metrics to ensure accuracy and maintainability.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, test, and deploy LLMs and agents to automate unstructured, multi-step data investigations.
  • Architect, test, and deploy automated workflows using Python to transform repetitive manual processes into scalable impact.
  • Implement strong data architecture and AI orchestration frameworks for safety, accuracy, efficiency and maintainability.
  • Perform SQL queries and multi-step data analyses across complex telecommunications datasets.
  • Design dashboards and repeatable BI solutions using Tableau, Looker, or Python to deliver actionable insights.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance over time.
  • Collaborate with Carrier Relations, Enterprise Technology, Product, Supply Operations, and Finance to translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of data products from scoping and documentation to execution.
