- 1–2+ years of leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in thriving within a dynamic remote work setting
- Experience with EHR systems (Athena is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource and point of contact for the MA team
- Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and mentorship to Medical Assistants
- Assist with onboarding and training new MAs
- Monitor team workflows and help identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Help ensure clinical workflows, protocols, and organizational standards are consistently followed
- Assist leadership with quality assurance, workflow audits, and performance improvement initiatives
- Help coordinate daily MA assignments and coverage
- Communicate operational issues and recommendations to clinical leadership
