Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with production web applications.
- Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
- Fullstack capability: experience designing API contracts, writing endpoints, and reasoning about data models.
- Experience building both consumer-facing flows and role-based internal or B2B tooling.
- Hands-on experience owning web release engineering: build pipelines, versioning, and staged rollout.
- Demonstrated ownership of frontend performance, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Knowledge of shared design-system consumption and client-side state management patterns.
Responsibilities
- Design and build features in React and TypeScript, from screens and routing to state management.
- Build and maintain workflows for learners, teachers, staff, and enterprise customers on a common design system.
- Co-design typed API contracts with the backend team and implement backend changes when required.
- Own the web application path from code to production including build configuration, versioning, and environment promotion.
- Optimize load/interaction performance, responsive behavior, and WCAG-level accessibility.
- Trigger and consume CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
- Integrate AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude Code into the daily workflow.
