Requirements
- Strong, current Java (Java 25) and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on AI/LLM engineering experience building production-grade LLM or agent-based systems.
- Strong design pattern knowledge and architectural judgment.
- Proven delivery track record of shipping production features independently under deadlines.
- Solid infra literacy: comfortable with CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes concepts.
- Fluent Polish and professional English proficiency.
- Experience with mixed environments (GitLab/GitHub, cloud/on-prem) preferred.
- Familiarity with Helm and Terraform preferred.
- Experience with Postgres/pgvector and hybrid search tuning preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps (ArgoCD) preferred.
- Comfortable reading and writing Go preferred.
- Prior experience in banking or insurance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build AI Agent Capabilities: Design and implement the Java/Spring Boot services our AI agents call in production.
- Own Features End to End: Take work from design through production, working directly with client engineering teams on requirements and constraints.
- Apply Real Architecture: Bring design patterns and clean boundaries to a fast-moving codebase.
- Integrate with Client Systems: Design integration points between the platform's agent layer and client-side systems and APIs.
- Operate the Deployment: Work day-to-day in our CI/CD and Kubernetes-based setup.
