Requirements
- Completed studies in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience focused on backend development with Python in production environments.
- Demonstrated experience architecting, developing, and scaling production-grade Python applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI technology including AI Agents, RAG, and MCP.
- Proven experience with managed cloud services (AWS or Azure) including AI services, storage, and databases.
- Experience with deployment of containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and overseeing other developers.
- Fluency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level proficiency).
- Availability for frequent international business travel (10% of the time).
- Advanced hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph (plus).
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning (plus).
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and maintain custom tools and middleware for AI agent integration with administrative systems.
- Lead the development of APIs, connectors, and interfaces to ensure secure and reliable communication.
- Design, implement, and test multi-agent workflows and adaptive decision logic.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and establish software development best practices.
- Identify and eliminate technical roadblocks to ensure project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system architectures.
- Optimize prompts and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications.
- Coordinate complex API integrations with external AI platforms and MCP servers.
