Requirements
- Active Massachusetts license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT).
- Clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong interest in providing neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Availability of 10-25 hours per week during peak hours (Mon-Fri 2-7 PM, Sat 8 AM-7 PM).
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families.
- Support families in understanding diagnoses and building effective home supports.
- Help children develop self-advocacy skills and strengthen emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with experts in neurology, speech therapy, and behavioral health.
- Consult with seasoned therapists and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Maintain consistent caseloads while utilizing streamlined administrative workflows.
