Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional DevOps experience.
- Strong track record in AWS cloud infrastructure, specifically multi-account environments.
- Comfortable supporting LLM/AI workloads on AWS such as Bedrock, LangChain, Lambda, and ECS.
- Proven expertise with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Git-based workflows.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Deep knowledge of security and compliance within cloud environments.
- Skilled in monitoring and observability using tools like Sentry or CloudWatch.
- Experience operating SSO and identity management within SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and migration programmes.
- Strong communication skills for advising technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent English language proficiency (minimum B2+ level).
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of AWS-based infrastructure, managed via Terraform across a multi-account, multi-tenant estate.
- Drive improvements in multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure design, scalability, and self-service to prevent engineering bottlenecks.
- Enable AI engineering and product teams by providing infrastructure for AWS Bedrock, LangChain-based services, and sandbox accounts.
- Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, including OIDC to AWS.
- Ensure high-quality Docker usage for local development, testing, and deployments.
- Own operational identity management with FusionAuth including SSO and migrations.
- Improve monitoring and observability using Sentry and CloudWatch.
- Champion security, privacy, and compliance best practices aligned with ISO 27001.
- Support complex migration programmes involving AWS accounts, networking, and DNS.
