University degree in IT or related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience
Strong depth in Microsoft Azure (AKS, Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure Functions, Networking, Key Vault)
Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar)
Infrastructure-as-code expertise (Terraform, ARM templates or Bicep)
Solid scripting ability (PowerShell, Python or Bash)
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tooling (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus or equivalent)
Comfortable engaging directly with clients and presenting technical solutions clearly
Strong ownership mentality and ability to work across multiple concurrent projects
Fluent in English

Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and fintech applications running on Microsoft Azure
Own infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep) across development, staging and production environments
Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to keep client-facing platforms reliable and secure
Manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) supporting AI model deployment and data pipelines
Work directly with client technical teams during delivery, ensuring security, performance and compliance standards are met
Collaborate with architects and data engineers to translate solution designs into resilient, automated environments
Contribute to internal DevOps standards, tooling and best practices across Quento's project portfolio
