Requirements
- 3+ years of professional industry experience in real estate.
- Active and unencumbered real estate license.
- Must meet all state-required experience and/or education criteria to qualify as an instructor.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Zoom platform.
- Strong presentation, teaching, and interpersonal skills for live and video environments.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Adaptability to new teaching methods and evolving course materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with real estate publications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live and live online course instruction for real estate classes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and student advocate.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Mentor students to drive success throughout their learning journey.
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Address student questions during and after class sessions.
- Collaborate with staff and management on curriculum updates and student progress.
- Adapt teaching styles and methodologies based on feedback and instructional design principles.
