Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent independent license.
- No current, past, or pending disciplinary actions on license.
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience with clinical best practices like measurement-based care.
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of 30 bookable calendar spots.
- Proficiency with computer and live video tools.
- Ability to provide culturally responsive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
- Maintain a caseload of diverse adult and/or adolescent clients.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client learning.
- Monitor clinical outcomes between sessions.
- Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Engage in training to enhance clinical skills.
