Job Details

3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or business intelligence development.
3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP BW on HANA and SAP Datasphere.
3–5 years of experience developing data warehouses or data infrastructure solutions.
Practical experience with SAP data integration techniques, including BDC.
Strong understanding of end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL/data pipelines, reporting, and analytics.
Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data structures and data warehousing concepts.
Experience working with large datasets and applying performance optimization techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technical colleagues in a global environment.

Design, develop, and maintain data models and scalable data pipelines within SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.
Build and support end-to-end business intelligence solutions covering data modeling, ETL, data transformation, and reporting.
Integrate data from SAP and non-SAP sources using appropriate data integration techniques, including BDC, while ensuring reliable and scalable data flows.
Deliver clean, structured, and trusted datasets that support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data loads, transformations, queries, and overall platform performance.
Translate business and analytics requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders and data teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering, warehousing, and BI processes across the organization.
