Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 4–5 years of progressive SEO experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ownership of technical SEO and organic growth initiatives.
- Strong expertise in website audits and Core Web Vitals.
- Knowledge of schema markup and international SEO practices.
- Experience managing website migrations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Proficiency in SEO tools including Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Ability to translate SEO insights into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute global SEO strategy across corporate, product, solution, and regional websites to drive traffic and pipeline.
- Lead technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers on crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
- Develop and manage backlink and authority-building strategies including digital PR and link acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research and build content strategies for product pages, blogs, and topic clusters.
- Optimize international websites through regional research, hreflang implementation, and metadata localization.
- Monitor performance via Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Align SEO initiatives with demand generation and product marketing campaign goals.
- Manage SEO reporting for rankings, organic traffic, and pipeline influence to provide insights to leadership.
